Train hard and train smart. The Aquastrength S.P.A workout focuses on explosive power, timing, coordination, balance, speed, agility and motor patterning but in a much safer environment with less impact. Training in the water reduces the speed of movement allowing the athlete to improve overall coordination and control. Plyometric training in the water has shown similar benefits to land training without the soreness. Because of the waters three-dimensional resistance this allows for a more holistic and functional approach to training, providing an important stimulus for the athlete. Using the Aquastrength Fins adds increased resistance to compliment land based training.
